• Account information: Your email address, display name, and profile photo (if provided) when you create an account.
• Transaction data: Records of points earned and redeemed, businesses visited, amounts spent, and timestamps of transactions.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic and performance purposes.
• Camera access: Used only when you choose to scan a QR code. We do not store images captured by the camera.
• Push notification tokens: To deliver point expiry alerts and reward notifications to your device.

We do not collect payment card details, bank account information, or any financial credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the loyalty rewards programme and track your points balance across businesses
• Calculate and apply tier multipliers (Basic, Silver, Gold) to your point earnings
• Send you notifications about expiring points and available rewards
• Allow businesses to verify your redemption vouchers
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity
• Improve the performance and user experience of the app
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

• With participating businesses: When you earn or redeem points, the business can see your display name and points balance at their store to facilitate the transaction.
• Service providers: We use Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging, and Storage) to power the platform. Firebase processes data on our behalf under Google's data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by Ghanaian law, court order, or regulatory authority.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which are protected by industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Firebase complies with international data protection standards including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Access to Firestore data is controlled by strict security rules that prevent unauthorised read or write access. Platform admin access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time through your device settings

6. Children's Privacy
